Hey! I am Saumya Purohit .I am a 19 year old girl from Uttarakhand. I completed my schooling from Delhi Public School,Ranipur,Haridwar and am currently pursuing my B.Tech. (Hons.) CSE with specialization in Cloud Computing and Virtualization) at UPES Dehradun. I like reading books ,watching anime and drawing. I know how to play piano and I am currently learning another musical instrument named Ukulele. I aspire to make a career in Cloud Computing and Web Development.
I first started coding when I was in 5th standard with C programming basics. Over the course of 10 years, I have tried my hands at various other programming and database languages such as C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, javascript, JQuery, SQL, etc Node.Js, and Express.Js to name a few. I am keenly interested in learning mobile development and various other languages too.
Since I am very interested in Cloud technology, I have even chosen this as a speciality in my undergraduate degree. I have had experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. I have also implemented a few projects on Amazon Web Services. My personal favourite is- Extractor.
Ever since I saw the cover of Can't take my eyes off you (originally by Frankie Valli) I had a burning desire to learn this exquisite instrument. So during the lockdown, I bought a soprano ukulele and began my musical journey and voila! the journey has been incredible.
